OK, We know what you’re thinking…Jeff & I will try to cheer you up, even though many of us are out of work, down 40% or more on NOW early retirement funds we are forced to draw upon.   How bad are things?  Let’s see…, Go to the Internet dial up Mortgage Banking Gallows Humor and look up CDO, ABS, Alt A, and Sub-Prime spliced with a well known secondary marketing player from Denver and what do you find?  

Great news, however, for any of you out of work and looking for a bartending/waiter/waitress gig, CALL JEFF, Moran’s Diner is now open for biz.

Despite much unconventional wisdom with crisis intervention ski instructors, we have decided to once again prevail on our many relationships in Park City to open their arms to the mortgage tired and poor for a long weekend of fun and snow next March; the 4th – 8th to be precise.   The business environment may be a bit surreal, but for those in the know, it is snowing close to 2 FEET this weekend in Utah!  At least Mother Nature hasn’t thrown in the towel. In fact, before we get to the San Francisco Fun, we are hoping to get an early headcount on those of you who plan to join us next March.  If you are employed, book the tickets now, check on some of the airline deals available.  Do as Chris Schoen has done, recently booking his trip, when oil dropped to $75 a barrel.  If you‘re not employed, and have no interest whatsoever in working at Jeff’s Diner, Book your tickets as well.  You just get to stay and play longer.  On To San Francisco… We will be ‘re-uning’ on Tuesday night at Impala’s; located at 501 Broadways (@ Columbus) in North Beach; 9:30 for Some/10’ish for most.  With over 70 Tequila’s and familiar with the now World Famous Bear Stearns Marg Parties, the bartenders are anxious to meet our crowd.  Pay them well as most probably have negative equity on a property securing a NINA loan financed by one of our own.  Impala has a website; just follow your usual Google protocols.  As you scroll through the pictures at the website, fear not any guest bikers.  We will be bringing some of our own ‘Wild Hogs’ not long removed from Sturgis:  Pishalski, Portz, Morgan, and McCain?  Don’t ask us for details, Just know there are  pictures… Given the casualties of many of our friends, we are asking all who receive this to PLEASE forward on to any you feel may have not received it directly from us.  We know that many addresses have changed, a number of which were involuntary.  We have tried to make as many of the changes as we have received them, but these days, sadly, it’s almost 24/7 maintenance.  Additionally, if you have any of the new addresses, please forward our way.  Don’t presume we have received them. Now that next years dates have been set, you have plenty of advance notice – Wednesday, March 4th thru Sunday, March 8th. Put it down in your calendars, let us now ASAP if you plan to attend and ‘CHECK’ with/to us in November or December to confirm.
