What We Found:

Red Flag #1:   During the process between the original borrower application and the broker submitting to the wholesale lender the borrower changed his name.  It was well documented in file with copy of name changing court records which carried a date 45 days after initial loan application.  No letter of explanation in file, kjøpe Ativan (Brand) på nett, köpa Ativan (Brand) online, Where to buy Ativan (Brand), no mention of investigation of new name, no new credit report in new name.  Loan closed in the borrower’s new name on the wholesaler’s note and mortgage lien.

We found no coercion or relationships among the loan’s cast of characters.  Clearly, a case of rushed workers not looking at the documents or failing to act if they did see, read or understand the gravity of the AVM’s alert.
